Join a friendly, growing clinic where great client service makes all the difference. This role supports both wellness and urgent care at our Renton location, Wednesday–Saturday.

What you’ll do
• Be the first hello: greet clients, manage check-in/out, and keep the lobby flowing
• Phones & scheduling: answer calls, book/confirm appointments, waitlist management
• Payments & paperwork: estimates, invoices, deposits, consent forms, POS closeouts
• EMR accuracy: create/update patient records and capture thorough histories from owners
• Client comms: review visit expectations, policies, and next steps; send follow-ups
• Team coordination: partner with DVMs/LVTs to keep cases moving and clients informed
• Safety & standards: maintain a calm, clean front desk; follow clinic protocols

What you bring
• Prior veterinary or medical front-desk experience (required)
• Tech savvy (EMR, email, phones, kiosks); clear, kind communicator
• Poised under pressure; solution-focused and team-first

Schedule
• Wednesday–Saturday
• No overnights

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

BoosterPet is a tech-forward vet community with two care lanes: LVT/VA-led Wellness Clinics and Urgent Care for those “can’t-wait” moments. Most wellness visits include a live video consult with a veterinarian right in the exam room—telemed is run in-clinic for seamless care.

How we work: Wellness clinics are completed by our talented Licensed Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants (VAs), with doctor support via in-clinic telemedicine; Kirkland and Minter (Gig Harbor) operate in-clinic only at this time.

We’re hiring part-time and full-time Veterinarians and Licensed Veterinary Technicians who love smart tools, teamwork, and accessible care.
